Thursday Language Exchange + YO Quiz
Language exchange at Big Ben followed by the YO Quiz, where every correct answer can win you a free shot. Popular with students, locals and internationals.
On Thursday we organise a language exchange and quiz. At 20:30 we start the exchange during which you can practise more than five languages while enjoying a drink at the pub. Afterwards we organise the YO Quiz during which we test your general knowledge and you can win a free shot (chupito). The exchange and quiz on Thursday attract a lot of students, locals and internationals. Therefore there are more participants in this exchange, but the more the merrier.

Important: Free for members! Just show your QR code at the door. Non-members can join for 1€ paid directly at the entrance.
Only people with a sticker can participate in the quiz.

22:30 end of YO Quiz, but you can stay at the pub for as long as you wish.
How does a language exchange work?
Upon arrival, you receive a sticker on which you can write your name, your native language and the languages you would like to practice. You are free to join groups of people or sit down at a table with other language learners.
Cost
Language exchanges (Mon–Thu) are free with a VLE membership. A drink is mandatory at the bar, which provides us with the space to host the event.
